Dr. Amit Goswami: Quantum Physics & Consciousness

There is a revolution going on in science. A genuine paradigm shift. While mainstream science remains materialist, a substantial number of scientists are supporting and developing a paradigm based on the primacy of consciousness.Dr. Amit Goswami, Quantum Physics and Consciousness

“Contrary to what they tell you... you are not a limited material being.”
-Amit Goswami, Ph.D

Dr. Amit Goswami, a pioneer of this revolutionary new perspective within science, shares with us his vision of the unlimited potential of consciousness as the ground of all being and how this revelation can actually help us to live better.

How to Deprogram Yourself

"We are caged by our cultural programming. Culture is a mass hallucination, and when you step outside the mass hallucination you see it for what it's worth." -Terence Mekenna

Society has undergone a mass brainwashing and it is time for us to deprogram ourselves in order to be completely immersed in the evolution of consciousness.

1. Religion
If a UFO were to land in your backyard tonight, I promise the ET will not have either a bible or money. Religion has been the longest running form of mind control on the planet and has served to not only keep us separated, but to depopulate the world through numerous wars, Inquisitions and Crusades in the name of "God".

What religion does not teach us is that we are powerful, spiritual beings without them.

In the next few months or years, we can look forward to religion's next form of mind control as they admit to the presence of extraterrestrial beings. This, of course, will not fall into the bible's timeline, unless they try to convince their followers that the ET's have only been around for the last 6,000 years as well. If that were true, then why are they so much more advanced than we are if they are able to travel light years to visit us?

The real truth is that the bible is just a story to keep you living in subservience, control and conformity, the same template as every government.

Solution: Ask lots of questions and go within for answers. It is time to take control of your own life instead of giving your energy and power away to others.

2. Money
When you find religion, you find money as these two tenets in life are married to one another. Within these two entities, you'll also find their bastard stepchild, government as all 3 are perpetually tied to each other.

I often ask people, "If there was no such thing as money, then what would you be doing with your life?" This will give you an idea of what your life purpose should be if you were not influenced by the almighty dollar.

While money can simply be viewed as another form of energy, neither positive or negative, it also takes us away from our true, natural selves along with what is truly important in our lives.

We are all economic slaves to the system. How many of us work 40+ hours a week only to find ourselves so drained at the end of the day that we don't want to do anything other than relax and watch TV?

That means that you are working 40+ hours so you can enjoy yourself for the weekend. In essence, you are an economic slave for 5 days to the corporations in exchange for 2 days to yourself. Does this sound fair? And how are you spending these two days? Are you helping to make this world a better place or are you simply recharging your batteries so you can go back to being a slave to these corporations who drained your battery in the first place?

Solution: We live in a society that relies on money for existence. Some people are able to get off the grid completely but they are few and far between. Find whatever it is that truly makes you happy, then find ways to make a living doing it. There may be a time when you have to work your current job while building a new career, but in the end, you'll find that working for yourself is much more gratifying than working some job that you hate for a boss who is an a*hole.

Also, stop supporting these companies that keep us living as economic slaves. Buy local.

3. Nature
Everything that man has done has contributed to the degradation of nature as we have
polluted our food, skies and water supplies.Nature was much better off without us.
Despite our ways, nature provides an outlet and an opportunity to connect with what is important in life because without nature, we do not exist, period.
Solution: Take to time to connect with nature. Go out for a long walk in the woods or at the beach. Listen. Stargaze. Find that inner peace that nature provides. This is much more enriching than wasting your time watching TV.

4. TV
Along with religion, this is one of the biggest mind control venues out there. How many times have you ever felt good after watching the news? If you trace who owns the mainstream media in the United States (TV, newspapers, radio stations, magazines, etc...) you'll find that there are only 6 people at the top of the chain and all have Zionist ties, so what are the chances that your news is "fair and unbiased"?

Do you enjoy being (literally) programmed into what you should eat, wear, drink, etc... through the commercials?

This is why we never see an introverted person on TV ads because it shows the wrong message to those in power as they discourage people from looking within. Every ad shows some extrovert with his or her group of friends living the fictitious life that you should be living (through their eyes). And these people have above average looks and portray success, which subconsciously tell us that we are not good enough the way we are and if we want to be successful, beautiful and have friends like them, then we need to purchase whatever product they are selling. Does this sound ridiculous? It is, yet many people fall for this ploy, otherwise the commercial would not exist.

Solution: Stop watching TV. If you cannot do this, then record educational programs and skip through the commercials.

5. Meditate
The biggest excuse people say when asked why they do not meditate is, "I don't have the time" yet these same people will waste hours watching their favorite TV shows.
Another excuse is, "I can't clear my mind."
There are many different forms of meditation and in time, you will be able to meditate at a crowded beach or swimming pool if you really wanted to.

There are many physiological, psychological and spiritual benefits to meditating.

Meditation allows you to connect to your higher self while giving you clarity and insight to your direction and purpose for being here. This is why our senses are over-stimulated with everything else... to keep us too busy to connect with our higher selves.

Solution: Find the time to meditate, even if it is for only 5-10 minutes a day. Experiment with different meditation techniques.

6. Cleanse Your Body
As part of the programming, our bodies have been introduced to many foreign substances, such as vaccines,
GMO's fluoridated water, chemtrails, mercury fillings, etc...
There is a reason why
55 countries have BANNED GMO's and why there is a Monsanto Protection Act in the United States. If you haven't already, please educate yourself on the dangers of genetically modified organisms.
Each of these substances and elements have been specifically designed to keep our energies at low levels while polluting our bodies along with the air, water and food supplies.

Plus, each of these are introducing elements that are foreign to our bodies and cannot possibly be good for you.

People will say, "Wel
l, I've been eating GMO's for years and I feel great!"

10 years from now, when they're on dialysis from kidney failure or need massive tumors removed, will they be saying the same thing?

Solution: Buy local. Buy organic. Stop buying from chain stores. Filter your water, use reverse osmosis or buy clean drinking water. Plant organic heirloom seeds. Replace mercury fillings. Refuse vaccinations. Research holistic physicians and methods to cure holistically.

7. Education
Our educational system is a complete failure as it basically grooms our children to become corporate economic slaves while discouraging them to ask questions and to follow their own path.

Generally, there has been a "dumbing down" in our educational systems because it is not in the controller's best interests to have a large part of the society questioning why things are the way they are, nor is it in their best interests for us to come up with better solutions.

College is yet another failure as it generally creates even more economic subservience through student loans that will take a lifetime to repay.

Solution: Homeschool your children without the state sponsored propaganda. Teach them at a young age to take time out to meditate. Encourage metaphysical abilities within them (or yourself!).

Conclusion
For many people, they will not see or acknowledge the brainwashing and programming that has been occurring throughout the decades and centuries until it is too late. Many will live their lives content as being economic slaves to a broken system.
There are options and solutions:
We are at an important juncture in human history. The path we are currently following is unsustainable and will inevitably self-destruct, as it is already doing under its own weight. What we need are solutions and answers, but first, we need to awaken from the collective programming we're under and work together to provide solutions in the best interests of humanity.

Patent confirms that aspartame is the excrement of GM bacteria

In 1999, The Independent published an article entitled "World's top sweetener is made with GM bacteria," which revealed that Monsanto was knowingly adding aspartame to soft drinks in the United States - and that aspartame is made from GM bacteria. This report, which remains one of the earliest disclosures on aspartame in a mainstream newspaper, received little attention after its publication - possibly because its implications were underestimated at the time - and it has long been forgotten.

Since 1999, the world has become a little more attentive to Monsanto and aspartame, but ignorance still abounds about the latter's genesis. While more and more people are starting to awaken to aspartame's destructive effects on our health, do they know how it is actually made? Fortunately, a 1981 patent for aspartame production, once confined to the drawers of patent offices, is now available online for everyone to see - and it confirms everything that Monsanto was happy to tell us in 1999 before their meteoric growth necessitated greater prudence.

The production process

The patent, which is entitled Process for producing aspartame and is credited to Bahl, Rose, and White, summarizes the process as follows:

"The artificial sweetener aspartame, a dipeptide with the formula Asp-Phe-me, is produced using a cloned microorganism [sic]. A DNA which codes for a large stable peptide comprised of the repeating amino acid sequence (Asp-Phe)n is inserted into a cloning vehicle which in turn is introduced into a suitable host microorganism. The host microorganism is cultured and the large peptide containing the repeating Asp-Phe sequence is harvested therefrom. The free carboxyl group of the large peptide is benzylated and then hydrolysed to benzyl Asp-Phe dipeptides. This dipeptide is methylated and then debenzylated to form
aspartame."

This scientific jargon obfuscates (perhaps deliberately) a truly disturbing process:

1.) 'Cloned microorganisms' (which the patent later reveals to be genetically modified E. coli) are cultivated in tanks whose environments are tailored to help them thrive.

2.) The well-fed E. coli cultures defecate the proteins that contain the aspartic acid-phenylalanine amino acid segment needed to make aspartame.

3.) The proteins containing the Asp-Phe segments are 'harvested' (i.e. lab assistants collect the bacteria's feces).

4.) The feces are then treated. This includes a process of methylation (adding an excess of the toxic alcohol, methanol, to the protected dipeptide).

While common sense dictates that this abomination doesn't belong anywhere near our bodies, the patent's authors made no secret about their belief that aspartame constitutes a safe and nutritious sweetener:

"Aspartame is not only sweeter than sucrose, but is preferable as a food to sucrose. While sucrose can provide the body with little more than energy, aspartame is composed of amino acids, the building blocks of body proteins, and like other proteins is broken down by the digestive enzymes in the stomach to its constituent amino acids thus providing nutritive value. [...] For these reasons, aspartame holds significant promise in replacing sugar as a sweetener."

So there we have it: An official document that not only reveals the shocking truth behind aspartame production, but also freely admits that it was intended for mass consumption as a sucrose substitute. Therefore, the next time someone claims that your reservations about this sweetener are unfounded, direct them to this patent - the truth behind aspartame is now in plain view.

Testimony from victims now strongly suggests it was the rebels, not the Syrian government, that used Sarin Nerve Gas during a recent incident in the revolution-wracked nation, a senior UN diplomat said Monday.

Carla del Ponte, a member of the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria, told Swiss TV there were “strong, concrete suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof,” that rebels seeking to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had used the nerve agent.

But she said her panel had not yet seen any evidence of Syrian government forces using chemical weapons (CW), according to the BBC, she added that more investigation was needed.

Damascus is facing growing Western accusations that its forces used such weapons, which US President Obama has described as crossing a Red Line. But Ms. del Ponte’s remarks may serve to shift the focus of international concern.

Ms. del Ponte, who in Y 1999 was appointed to head the UN was crimes tribunals for Yugoslavia and Rwanda, has sometimes been a controversial figure. She was removed from her Rwanda post by the UN Security Council in Y 2003, but she continued as the Chief prosecutor for the Yugoslav tribunal until Y 2008.

Rebel Free Syrian Army spokesman Louay Almokdad denied that rebels had use chemical weapons (CW).

Russia warns US of ‘extremely dangerous’ fallout of strike on Syria

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has warned the United States against the ‘extremely dangerous consequences’ of military action against Syria.Lavrov made the remarks during a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday.

“Sergei Lavrov drew attention to the extremely dangerous consequences of a possible new military intervention for the whole Middle East and North Africa region,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

It added that Moscow was “deeply alarmed” by Washington’s statement about its readiness to intervene in Syria.

Foreign Minister Lavrov urged restraint during the conversation with John Kerry, the statement said.

US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said on August 23 that the Pentagon was positioning military forces as part of “contingency options” provided to US President Barack Obama regarding Syria.

France and the Israeli regime have also called for military action against the government of President Bashar al-Assad.

Hagel’s comments have been interpreted as a tacit suggestion that the US may be preparing for a military strike on Syria. The US defense secretary repeated similar remarks on Sunday during a visit to Malaysia.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said in a recent interview with the Russian newspaper Izvestia that any military intervention by the US would end in “failure.”

The United Nations says over 100,000 people have been killed and a total of 7.8 million of others displaced due to the turmoil that has gripped Syria since March 2011.

The U.S. is giving all signs of preparing for a unilateral military strike on Syria after an alleged chemical weapons attack last week. Any move to attack Syria could entangle American involvement in a brutal civil war that has killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians.

The American people are strongly opposed to U.S. military involvement in Syria. A recent poll conducted by Reuters showed that 60 percent of Americans are opposed to intervention in Syria.

Last week, reports emerged that the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad attacked the Damascus suburb of Ghouta with nerve agents. Doctors Without Borders, which operates aid centers near Ghouta, said that the victims they treated came in with symptoms consistent with a chemical attack, including breathing problems, foaming at the mouth and damaged vision. Western governments over the weekend also said that there was little doubt that chemical weapons were used. Still, no firm proof has emerged as to who exactly was behind the attacks. Russia has suggested Syrian rebels could have perpetrated the attack, though they also offered no proof. Hundreds of people are estimated to have died in the alleged attack, and thousands more injured.

After the attack was reported, the U.S. began deliberations over a response to what may have been the crossing of the Obama administration’s “red line” on Syria. The U.S. military appears to be weighing a military response to the attack. The military maneuverings near Syria are being made despite the Assad regime allowing United Nations inspectors to investigate the attack, though that move came days after the chemical weapons were allegedly used. A U.S. official said the UN investigation would be "too late to be credible," and that evidence has been corrupted by the
Syrian army’s attacks on the area. The UN team came under sniper fire today as it made its way to Ghouta.

The U.S. is now looking at the possibility of launching cruise missile strikes from the sea at Syria. Top U.S. lawmakers, like Rep. Eliot Engel and Senator Bob Corker, have voiced support for the idea.

There are some members of congress opposed to U.S. military action in Syria who say they want a vote to take place before any U.S. military response. “R ather than being solely concerned with U.N. approval, the President must come first to our own Congress for authorization, and I urge him to do so,” said Republican Rep. Chris Gibson
in a statement to BuzzFeed. But as the example of Libya showed, the Obama administration has taken action without Congressional approval. In an interview with CNN, Obama said: “ If the U.S. goes in and attacks another country without a U.N. mandate and without clear evidence that can be presented, then there are questions in terms of whether international law supports it.” But given Russian opposition to a U.S. strike on Syria, a UN mandate would be hard to come by.

40 Stats That Prove The U.S. Economy Has Already Been Collapsing Over The Past Decade

Like our NEW page on

The "coming economic collapse" has already been happening. You see, the truth is that the economic collapse is not a single event. It has already started, it is happening right now, and it will accelerate during the years ahead. The statistics in this article shows very clearly that the U.S.
economy has fallen dramatically over the past ten years or so.
Unfortunately, there are lots of mockers out there that love to mock the idea of an economic collapse even though one is happening right in front of our eyes. They love to say stuff like this (and I am paraphrasing): "An economic collapse is never going to happen. We can consume far more wealth than we produce forever. We can pile up gigantic mountains of debt forever. There is no way that the party is over. In fact, the party is just getting started.Woo-hoo!"

That sounds absolutely ridiculous, but "economists" and "journalists" actually write things that reflect these kinds of sentiments every single day. They do not seem alarmed about the fact that our national debt is nearly 17 times larger than it was 30 years ago. They do not seem alarmed about the fact that the total amount of debt in our country is more than 28 times larger than it was 40 years ago. They do not seem alarmed about the fact that our economic infrastructure is being absolutely gutted and we are steadily becoming poorer as a nation. They just think that the magic formula of print, borrow, spend and consume can go on indefinitely.

Unfortunately, the truth is that a massive economic disaster has already started to unfold. We inherited the greatest economic machine in the history of the world, but we totally wrecked it. We have been able to live far, far beyond our means for the last couple of decades thanks to the greatest debt bubble in the history of the planet, but now that debt bubble is getting ready to burst.

Anyone with half a brain should be able to see what is coming. Just open your eyes and look at the facts. The following are 40 stats that prove the U.S. economy has already been collapsing over the past decade...

#1 According to the World Bank, U.S. GDP accounted for 31.8 percent of all global economic activity in 2001. That number dropped to 21.6 percent in 2011.

#2 The United States was once ranked #1 in the world in GDP per capita. Today we have slipped to #14.

#3 The United States has fallen in the global economic competitiveness rankings compiled by the World Economic Forum for four years in a row.

#4 Since the year 2000, the size of the U.S. national debt has grown by more than 11 trillion dollars.

#5 Back in the year 2000, our trade deficit with China was 83 billion dollars. Last year, it was 315 billion dollars.

#6 In the year 2000, about 17 million Americans were employed in manufacturing. Today, only about 12 million Americans are employed in manufacturing.

#7 The United States has lost more than 56,000 manufacturing facilities since 2001.

#8 The United States has lost a staggering 32 percent of its manufacturing jobs since the year 2000.

#9 Between December 2000 and December 2010, 38 percent of the manufacturing jobs in Ohio were lost, 42 percent of the manufacturing jobs in North Carolina were lost and 48 percent of the manufacturing jobs in Michigan were lost.

#10 Back in 1998, the United States had 25 percent of the world’s high-tech export market and China had just 10 percent. Today, China’s high-tech exports are more than twice the size of U.S. high-tech exports.

#11 In 2002, the United States had a trade deficit in "advanced technology products" of $16 billion with the rest of the world. In 2010, that number skyrocketed to $82 billion.

#12 The United States has lost more than a quarter of all of its high-tech manufacturing jobs since the year 2000.

#13 The number of full-time workers in the United States is nearly 6 million below the old record that was set back in 2007.

#14 The average duration of unemployment in the United States isnearly three times as long as it was back in the year 2000.

#15 Throughout the year 2000, more than 64 percent of all working age Americans had a job. Today, only 58.7 percent of all working age Americans have a job.

#16 The official unemployment rate has been at 7.5 percent or higher for 54 months in a row. That is the longest stretch in U.S. history.

#17 The U.S. government says that the number of Americans "not in the labor force" rose by 17.9 million between 2000 and 2011. During the entire decade of the 1980s, the number of Americans "not in the labor force" rose by only 1.7 million.

#18 The average number of hours worked per employed person per year has fallen by about 100 since the year 2000.

#19 The U.S. economy continues to trade good paying jobs for low paying jobs. 60 percent of the jobs lost during the last recession were mid-wage jobs, but 58 percent of the jobs created since then have been low wage jobs.

#20 The U.S. economy lost more than 220,000 small businesses during the recent recession.

#21 The percentage of Americans that are self-employed has steadily declined over the past decade and is now at an all-time low.

#22 According to economist Tim Kane, the following is how the number of start up jobs per 1000 Americans breaks down by presidential administration...
Bush Sr.: 11.3
Clinton: 11.2
Bush Jr.: 10.8
Obama: 7.8

#23 In the year 2000, there were only 17 million Americans on food stamps. Today, there are more than 47 million Americans on food stamps.

#24 In the year 2000, the ratio of social welfare benefits to salaries and wages was approximately 21 percent. Today, the ratio of social welfare benefits to salaries and wages is approximately 35 percent.

#25 Since Barack Obama entered the White House, the average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States has risen from $1.85 to $3.64.

#26 More than twice as many new homes were sold in the United States in 2005 as will be sold in 2013.

#27 Right now there are 20.2 million Americans that spend more than half of their incomes on housing. That represents a 46 percent increase from 2001.

#28 The price of ground beef increased by 61 percent between 2002 and 2012.

#29 According to USA Today, water bills have actually tripled over the past 12 years in some areas of the country.

#30 In 1999, 64.1 percent of all Americans were covered by employment-based health insurance. Today, only 55.1 percent are covered by employment-based health insurance.

#31 Median household income in the United States has fallen for four years in a row.

#32 As I mentioned recently, the home ownership rate in America is now at its lowest level in nearly 18 years.

#33 Back in the year 2000, the mortgage delinquency rate was about 2 percent. Today, it is nearly 10 percent.

#34 Median household income for families with children dropped by a whopping $6,300 between 2001 and 2011.

#35 Back in 2007, about 28 percent of all working families were considered to be among "the working poor". Today, that number is up to 32 percent even though our politicians tell us that the economy is supposedly recovering.

#36 According to the Federal Reserve, the median net worth of families in the United States declined "from $126,400 in 2007 to $77,300 in 2010".

#37 According to the New York Times, the average debt burden for U.S. households that earn $20,000 a year or less "more than doubled to $26,000 between 2001 and 2010".

#38 Medicare spending increased by 138 percent between 1999 and 2010.

#39 During Obama's first term, the federal government accumulated more debt than it did under the first 42 U.S presidents combined.

#40 Today, more than a million public school students in the United States are homeless. This is the first time that has ever happened in our history. That number has risen by 57 percent since the 2006-2007 school year.

"This Is Your Story" (Reflection on Moments & Memories by JLG, The Arcane Front)

You were there. It happened before you, with you, to you.

The stranger's deed of kindness without ulterior motive that reignited your hope for a species that too often seems devoid of a heart; someone's words that conveyed and confirmed what you'd sensed and felt and breathed but could not express; the outpour of pain and despair incited by that first heartbreak that turned the entire world into a stage where pain was the only show playing until the end of time; the day love first appeared at the door and said you were invincible, and immortal.

It is moments that make up our lives. Most grow blurred with the passing of time. Off they drift — inanimately, without direction or destination — off into a bittersweet horizon. And on a certain level, in some way, we bid these memories a most reluctant goodbye — a silent "Thank You" for stopping by, for joining up and arranging themselves in just that very way they did. Because regardless of how dark or dismal or hopeless life has seemed at times, it is our story — our ongoing, open-ended (at least for you reading these words at this moment) narrative.

In younger years we were able to see only what was obviously before us, we lacked the ability to see the big picture. Each and every drawback, no matter how trivial, seemed to summon the end of the world, literally. It's time that offers one the gift of meaningful reflection. So one can't really blame the youth for this temporary blindness, for there are a thousand and one other concerns in those years, which I'm sure we have at very least a vague inkling of..

Rise Above — Know Yourself & How "They" Operate (Op-Ed by JLG, The Arcane Front)

Finding yourself, really getting to know who you are, down to the most minute intricacies, and all you are capable of — that's what those "running things" fear most and are so busy trying to get in the middle of. It's precisely why I don't buy a ticket to their circus.

Is it wrong for government agencies to spy on us? Yes, of course.

Have the fear-based psychological operations being carried out by the mainstream media by way of their "news" programs and publications changed how I feel about important issues like liberty, war, privacy, government spying and spending, debt, the U.S. Constitution, central banking, and The Fed? Not one bit.

Do I recall any instance in which the mainstream media's tactics of manipulating through fear have in some way affected how I express my dissent? Yes. If anything, it's strengthened my will to resist, but not by becoming engaged the way they want me to.

I choose to expose the left vs. right paradigm for what it is — a fraud — instead of picking a "side" and attacking the other. I realize this deluded paradigm was strategically designed (divide and conquer) to break us up and disempower us.
I feel it's a very delicate balance one aims for — assuring one is aware of what's happening, being informed — but also being careful not to linger on the negative, for that's one primary objective of those waging this war on our consciousness. It's their sad attempt to get into our heads, and to stay there, for the long haul. Very little of what is performed for us in their circus can ever be taken at face value, it's an intricate web of deception designed to engage you and never let you go once it's reeled you in.

So yes, be informed, keep an eye and ear to the street, know what's happening, but you must also study history, and make use of it. Their game plan has not changed much over time. When you know how they operate you remain beyond their reach.

Once you do find yourself freed of the traps so many are caught up in and are on the path the rest of us are on, don't keep what you learn to yourself. Always do what you can to help wake others. One day at a time is all we do.

Hemp: Why is it illegal?

The Truth about Hemp Legislation.

Usually when we talk with someone unfamiliar and sometimes even judgmental about the subject of hemp, it conjures up images to them of the typical stereotype that is usually placed on cannabis smokers. And that it has no real use at all but to get the high from it. But with a little research you would find that this couldn't be any more ridiculous or further from the truth. Hemp is actually one of the most useful plants on Earth. Unlike cannabis, it contains such a minuscule amount of THC that you cannot produce the high from it. Why would it be illegal then you ask? Because hemp has over 10,000 uses! From paper to plastic, textiles and food, to medicines such as safe and effective cancer treatments, building materials, ending our reliance on fossil fuels, even enriching the soil it's grown in and repairing the environment with a safe, environmentally friendly alternative. I'm pretty sure most of us know about the problem we are now facing with the issue of dwindling resources and the ever increasing need for more sustainable practices on the planet. We could literally construct our entire modern world from the most useful plant on earth: HEMP. If you wan't to get further into it, lets talk more... The corporations of the world would lose billions! The 'power structure' would then effectively 'shift back' into the hands of the people, where it belongs, making millions of us self-sufficient farmers. People would start growing this stuff in their yards and getting paid to do it! Hemp legislation is just another way for corporations to control us and, if you will, micro-manage every aspect of our lives and preserve/expand their profit. But at what cost? The planet?! It make NO SENSE not to grow this stuff. Except, if you are trying to preserve the corporate rule and monopoly over the land and resources, and ultimately, our lives.

The only reason cannabis is illegal isn't because the federal government is worried about us getting high. They even recognize the medicinal benefits of cannabis, and have actually patented it. The federal government owns patent 'US 6630507' Cannabinoids as 'antioxidants and neuroprotectants'.. It's to keep growing HEMP illegal because of the implications it would have to the expanding of their unsustainable industries. Good news is, as hemp/cannabis legislation falls apart, we are seeing states all over the U.S. starting to shift their perspective regarding the matter and legalize the growing of hemp and the use of marijuana, which I see as a basic human right.

A little more about Hemp:

For thousands of years, humans have used parts of the hemp plant for food, textiles, paper, fabric, and fuel oil. Today, modern processing technologies have made it possible to create alternatives to gasoline, plastic, and other petroleum products that can help the human race lessen its reliance on polluting and expensive fossil fuels. The declaration of independence was produced on HEMP paper. It was actually a crime back then NOT to grow hemp on your property.

The hemp plant is a renewable resource that can be produced domestically. It grows quickly, and naturally resists plant diseases, has a RAPID rate of photosynthesis and produces oxygen very quickly, requires little weeding, thrives in most climates, and enriches the soil it grows in. So, you can see why this stuff has been completely valued by people all over the world for thousands of years, and why a corporate 'elite' would just recently (in the scale of things) want this useful plant 'banned'. It was only recently that this extremely useful and long 'revered' plant was demonized because of its relation to the 'marijuana' plant, which by (what scientists are now revealing in new studies all over the world), can actually cure cancer when ingested properly, and can have some very powerful healing effects to your body according to a recent article from 'Huffington Post':

"Scientists find cannabis compound stops metastasis in aggressive cancers:
Huffington Post.

We can also find MUCH information spread out from many other sources now widespread amongst the science and online community. To my surprise, even the mainstream media is starting to come around on the subject. Hopefully, as time goes by, we will see more and more people recognizing the benefits of this plant and praising it for it's amazing qualities rather than dismissing it because of what a few false, and ultimately 'biased' political leaders decided to do over 60 years ago. The time is now to find a new sustainable way to get our daily needs filled and fix the environment at the same time. And from what looks like in my, and I'm sure many others opinion, the only real sustainable solution the planet has to fixing this problem. Get involved on the matter, create HEMP petitions online to help spread the word, call the local representative to you and tell them how you feel, educate others on the benefits of HEMP and the implications it's availability would have on our planet. Only then can we rise as one and finally be heard on this very important issue.
